KITCHEN RENOVATION PROCESS
It begins with The Kitchen Walk, where I measure, photograph, and learn how you cook, gather, and live in the space. Then I return to present your new kitchen at your own island. Your samples stay behind so you can see them in your morning and evening light. After The Final Edit, your Kitchen Book arrives, printed, bound, and ready for your contractor.
DESIGNED IN WEEKS, NOT MONTHS.
From there, I stay close. I order and track your selections with access to trade-only benefits, review the design with your contractor, and return on Cabinet Day and Template Day. On Reveal Day, I style your finished kitchen.

Typically a few weeks from The Kitchen Walk to your finished Kitchen Book. Designed in weeks, not months.
Do you manage the construction?
Your licensed contractor builds your kitchen. I review the design with them, and I return on Cabinet Day, Template Day, and Reveal Day to answer design questions and style the finished space.
What does Edited by Ivan™ include, and what does it cost?
One fixed design fee covers your complete kitchen design, your Kitchen Book, procurement with access to trade-only benefits, and design support through construction. Request your Kitchen Visit to receive the Client Guide, with full details and your fixed design fee investment.
Do you work with homes outside Summerlin?
