Studio
Pimell Interiors is a Summerlin-based Las Vegas design studio led by Ivan Javier Pineiro, specializing in architectural refinement for contemporary homes. The studio elevates builder-grade residences through thoughtfully composed millwork, lighting design, and refined material palettes.

Working at the intersection of architecture and interior design, Pimell Interiors approaches each project as a complete environment rather than a series of decorative decisions. Spatial flow, proportion, lighting composition, and material selection are considered as part of a cohesive architectural language.

As a boutique practice accepting a limited number of projects each year, the studio offers a highly personal design process from concept through completion. Each project is carefully developed in close collaboration with clients, architects, and builders to ensure that every space feels intentional, refined, and deeply connected to the way the home is lived.
While the studio is based in Summerlin, Pimell Interiors works on residential projects throughout Las Vegas and select commissions nationwide.

Ivan Javier Pineiro is the founder and principal designer of Pimell Interiors. With nearly two decades of experience spanning luxury hospitality, residential design, and corporate operations, he brings a rare combination of design intuition and service expertise to every project.
Ivan is known for his ability to translate a client’s vision into environments that feel both refined and deeply personal. His work emphasizes architectural clarity, carefully composed millwork, sculptural lighting, and layered materials that elevate everyday living.
Before establishing Pimell Interiors, Ivan built an extensive career in high-end customer service and operations management, experience that now informs the studio’s meticulous approach to project coordination and client communication. This background allows him to guide complex residential projects with a level of organization and attention to detail that clients consistently value.
His work and design commentary have been featured in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Forbes, Homes & Gardens, and Livingetc.
Ivan leads every project personally, remaining closely involved in each stage of the design process to ensure that the studio’s vision and standards are carried through to completion.
