THE ARCHITECTURAL
EDIT™
The Architectural Edit is a focused design service created to refine builder-grade homes through thoughtful architectural detailing and interior composition.
Through custom millwork design, lighting planning, and carefully developed material palettes, the studio enhances key areas of the home to create a more cohesive and architecturally considered environment.
These engagements are ideal for homeowners seeking targeted improvements that elevate the overall character of their home.
Engagements are generally commissioned from $50,000 and above.

THE PIMELL PRIVATE COMMISSION™
The Pimell Private Commission represents the studio’s most comprehensive level of service. These full-service engagements are designed for major residential renovations and new construction projects where the design vision extends across the entire residence.
Working closely with architects, contractors, and skilled trades, the studio develops a unified architectural and interior language that shapes every aspect of the home—from spatial planning and millwork design to lighting composition and material selection.
Private Commission engagements are considered on a limited basis.

THE SIGNATURE INTERIOR EXPERIENCE™
The Signature Interior Experience offers comprehensive interior design for kitchens, bathrooms, and multi-room renovations where architectural detail and spatial clarity are essential.
Each project is developed through the Pimell Signature Design Experience, guiding the work from initial concept development through installation.
With a focus on proportion, material composition, and refined detailing, these projects transform primary spaces within the home while maintaining a cohesive design language.
Engagements begin in the $35,000 range per primary space.

THE DESIGN
INTENSIVE™
For focused design guidance or early project evaluation, clients may begin with a Pimell Design Intensive.
This private consultation provides an opportunity to discuss the project in depth, evaluate scope, and establish a clear direction before moving forward with a design engagement.
Investment | $1,250
Should you move forward with a Pimell design engagement within 30 days, the Design Intensive investment will be credited toward the project.

3. Scope & Proposal Presentation
We present the project scope, design intent, and investment overview.

Once approved, we formalize our partnership and begin the design journey.
